Builder's Blog - Final Update

The Franklin District Council completed their final inspection and on the 23rd April, the house received it's final sign off with the issue of the Practical Completion Certificate and a Code of Compliance Certificate.

Builder's Blog Update - Week 23

The home is now completed albeit the final little touchups, finishing and a critical eye to go over everything to ensure all is looking good. This week has seen a huge change with the drives poured, fencing completed and stained, gardens formed, mulched and planted, paving finished to both the back service court and main patio area, basalt stonework completed to the front blade wall and laying of the ready lawn.

Builder's Blog Update - Week 22

Well, it's nearly the end of the construction. Interior wise, the appliances have been fitted, curtains have benn installed in the bedrooms and the blinds scheduled for tomorrow to be installed throughout the lounge, kichen dinning/family areas.
