Builder's Blog Update - Week 20
Progress has been good this week with the undertile heating installed, floor tiling completed and the house now ready for a final fit off by the subtrades such as electricians, plumbers, ventilation system, gas fitter, fire installer.
The ASB home is really starting to come together and starting to look like a home. Although the outside hasn’t quite gone as planned this week but is still moving forward, just a little slower!
The terrace block work has now been plastered ready for painting and the waterproofing completed to the back of the wall (black tar like material, check out the photo).
Fence and retaining walls have been stained and the terraces ready for filling prior to the laying of pavers on top.
The driveway will need to be pushed back a week before pouring but otherwise all on track.
