Builder's Blog Update - Week 18
Good progress has been made on the interior of the ASB home this week with the painters completing the ceilings and first coats on the internal walls.
The plan is to start applying top coats to the walls over the weekend and with the trim work (skirtings and architraves) being completed early next week.
The kitchen is scheduled to be installed late next week so the home is now starting to come together.
Contrary to the outside looking like a bomb site the landscaping has in fact started.
The retaining and fencing has been constructed starting from the back of the garage in the service court and this area is now ready for the firth pavers to be laid.
The footings and reinforcing have been completed for the terrace and the block layers will start next week to lay the terrace blocks and the blade walls to the entry area.
One more week and the outside should start to take shape and the completion getting closer.
