Builder's Blog Update - week 11
Despite the silly season being in full swing the house has continued to progress along to schedule.
The subtrades have now all been through the home completing the pre-wires and pre-pipes required and the uprated Pink Batts insulation is being installed at present.
The builders are presently tidying the last bits and pieces on the outside and bricklayers are ready to start the laying of the Monier Presto brick.
The aim for the next week and prior to Xmas is to have the brickwork completed ready to receive its plaster coats in the New Year and Cedar garage doors installed leaving the house nice and secure for the Christmas break.
